This past Halloween, I had an almost new laptop stolen at a house party in my place.

The total loss was $560.

Anyone want to top that?

LOL, well, I lost my mom's credit card before. And it was like three thousand dollars. It was awful, because I felt wicked guilty and Stuff. But thankfully, nobody used it, lol. But, I lost a necklace before made of real gold. Eight hundred bucks maybe? lol

Hmm... I have lost a cell phone before, actualy many times I have... we had to call AT&T to get the phone put on hold,, it was horible...Luckaly when I got it back it was okay though.. All that happend was I left it in the taxy LMAO..Still, if someone had found it, and not noan it was mine, that would have been like $400 down the drane.

well, i had my phone stolen buy some real hot slovakian chick a couple of years ago on a night out. the bitch! i was buying her drinks all night, she was smokking my smokes and everything. then when she was leaving the club, she gave me a hug and a kiss, and took my phone.
that was also the night i almost started a riot outside a take away shop because they wern't open when i wanted a burger. lol

I had a good music synthesizer stollen once. I was overly tired and when I unloaded the gear from the car, I must have left the synth sitting by the car or on the porch of my house. Given its age, it probably would have sold for about $1500 used at the time. Almost worse was the investment of time I spent programming it.

This wasn't my own loss, but I've got a good friend who lost her PacMate a couple months ago. She thinks it got left at a bus stop.
